Friday finds Cannon Beach with very little wind or rain today ~ a big change from the weather we've had over the last week. All roads are open now, and there's nobody in town! I've updated the Last Minute Bargains page with great weekend rates. Check them out! http://tinyurl.com/mrh3j9 Whether you decide to come to the beach this weekend or just relax at home, I hope you have a great one!

Last Minute Bargains

http://www.cannonbeachhotellodgings.com/bargains.asp is where you want to go to find the BEST last minute deals in Cannon Beach! If you're wanting to catch this round of storms, now would be a great time to take a look!

We Survived!

Fall is a wonderful time of year to live at or visit the coast. Weather ranges from mild and temperate to fierce and relentless. After our last storm, with winds of up to 90mph gusts in neighbooring cities, we found ourselves without power for 24 hours. Not bad considering 2 years ago it was a full 7 days! Very little damage was sustained overall, and now the town is back to normal. Tonight we're due for another whopper, with winds up to 70, and tomorrow an even bigger storm with winds forecast in the 80-90 range. For any true Pacific Northwesterner or storm lover, it doesn't get much better. We're offering great deals for the rest of the week, so check out our last minute bargains page!
